By downloading or using AidarosGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AidarosGo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use AidarosGo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures.
• Share your account with others or use multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AidarosGo offers subscription plans (Basic, Premium, Premium+) and one-time credit packs. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and managed by RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Credit packs are non-refundable consumable purchases.
• Daily credit limits reset at midnight local time.
• Subscription credits reset daily; unused credits do not roll over.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AidarosGo is powered by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the App. By using AidarosGo, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. AI responses are generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AidarosGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
